Completion of an online order constitutes an offer by you to purchase goods. toysntots.com.au will accept your offer and conclude a sale on confirmation of successful payment.
All prices and transactions are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you make from this site simply return your purchase in their original condition with tags attached within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. We regret we can not offer refunds on sale items.
Sorry we cannot refund postage charges on delivery and return of goods unless the item is faulty. Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return.
To return garments please contact me via email first for return address.
Out Of Stock Items / Back–Orders
From time to time, things will be out of stock. Should this happen, we will be in contact immediately and notify you of this. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternate product, or we can back–order your item. In the event that more than one item is ordered, the items in–stock will be dispatched to you, and the back–ordered item shipped once we have received it, at our own expense. Please note: We will not back order on sale or discounted items.
