Delivery
Goods ordered through our website may take between 3 to 10 working days to be delivered. While most of the items are always in stock, out of stock goods may take up to 6 weeks to come into stock, and out of stock furniture may take 12 weeks to come into stock.
* Small items will be sent via Australia Post. Either Registered Post or Express Post is available (items are trackable).
* Large items will be sent via courier. Please phone or email for a quote on large items.
* For overseas orders and larger items the web site will not automatically work out postage instead the postage will say quote. Once we receive your order we will work out what the postage charges will be and let you know before processing the order giving you the chance to go ahead or cancel it.
* Delivery charges are automatically worked out on weight and dimentions when you make your purchase, however if you would like a quote up front please contact me with products needed and delivery post code.
Out Of Stock Items / Back–Orders
From time to time, things will be out of stock. Should this happen, we will be in contact immediately and notify you of this. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternate product, or we can back–order your item. In the event that more than one item is ordered, the items in–stock will be dispatched to you, and the back–ordered item shipped once we have received it, at our own expense. Please note: We will not back order on sale or discounted items.
